Your memory is yours alone.
Miyaa is a private work memory. It is built to store the things you choose to keep, read them back clearly, and keep each user's data isolated from everyone else's.
We collect the account details needed to sign you in, the work memory you choose to save, and the receipts, whispers, and derived summaries that help Miyaa read it back to you.
We also collect the private forwarding address, inbound mail metadata, push subscription data, and product analytics needed to keep the service reliable.
Miyaa uses that data to authenticate you, store and retrieve your memories, evaluate incoming mail, generate replies and summaries, and send account emails such as sign-in and service notices.
We use usage and error data to keep the product fast, to measure whether the app is working, and to catch problems before they spread.
We rely on service providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Upstash, Postmark, Inngest, Vercel, and PostHog. They process data on our behalf so the product can function.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except to operate Miyaa, to meet legal requirements, or with your permission.
We keep your account and memory data while your account is active or while we need it to provide the service. Some technical logs and backups may remain for a limited period after deletion for security and recovery.
If you want your account removed or need a copy of your data, email privacy@miyaa.app and we will handle the request manually for now.
