The short version.

Miyaa is a private work memory for keeping track of where you stand. The essentials are below in plain language.

Using the service

Miyaa is a private work memory for people who need a clear record of where things stand. By using it, you agree to keep your account information accurate and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you save. You grant Miyaa a limited license to host, process, transform, display, and back up that content only so the service can operate.

The forwarding address is receive-only. It is meant to bring information into Miyaa, not to send mail on your behalf to third parties.

What you may not do

Do not try to access another person's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, scrape the app, or use Miyaa in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.

Do not rely on Miyaa as the sole system of record for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions without checking the source yourself.

Service limits

Miyaa is offered on an early-access basis and may change over time. Features can be added, removed, or reworked as the product matures.

We aim to keep the service available, but external providers and normal infrastructure limits can affect uptime and delivery. The service is provided as is and as available.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, threaten security, or create legal or operational risk.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version posted here is the one that applies as of its last updated date.
